Lovin Sunset / Liza and Ben’s Beach Engagement
If I was never able to look at another engagement shoot after today, this would be a perfect ending. Liza and Ben wanted a variety of different and artful types of engagement photos. They opted for our larger package with three outfit changes including a cute Christmas Card shot, and special lighting. I was a little bit worried we would be able to fit everything in because they were late arriving to the shoot, and I am so glad to they were-we shoot way into the darkness and wow, what a gorgeous Outer Banks sunset we had! From the beach engagement photo session to the twilight sunset any Corolla bride and groom would die for, this couple IS perfection!

Night-time Elegance
Our staff member Chris is just one of those photographers that I just cannot seem to get enough of. His images are always beautiful, that is a given, but it's just the gorgeous colors and "luciousness-ness" of his night lighting that really stikes a cord with me every time. This was a very un-traditional bridal portrait with the groom this week. The wedding is this weekend, stay tuned for the final images of this one! - Julie

I get it, everybody wants the amazing beautiful Hurricane sky backdrop, the organic yet totally timeless vibe, the effortlessly cool looking romp on the beach before the storm winds approach " look", but only some can pull it off, only some just get . . .that sun and sky!

Liz and Kris’s Engagement
There is nothing better than a love story, and that is what these two live. She met him while at study abroad and the love bloomed from there. There was such a huge grin on both of their faces this engagement photo session...and a huge grin on my face while I am editing these summer-inspired pics on our Outer Banks beach. It just makes me want to wake up every morning to watch the sunrise. We are all looking forward to being a part of your wedding day, Liz and Kris! - Julie
