Elizabethan Gardens Bubble Engagement
What a fantastic week! It started off right with this uber-stylish, unique couple that wanted some “different” engagement photos. We started at Elizabethan Gardens in Manteo, NC with a couple of different outfits, and my new favorite prop, THE BUBBLE MACHINE! I love the way the light was bouncing off of all of the bubbles, we had such a blast with this little contraption, I cannot wait to use it on their wedding day…note to all brides…..it’s the perfect DIY addition to the end of your wedding or a first dance! …Julie

Liza and Ben, this one might have to Take The Cake!
One of my favorite engagement portraits last year, Liza and Ben, just sent me over these adorable Save the Date cards they made with their cute as a button pics we took at the Whalehead Club in Corolla, NC. I must say, this one does take the cake – Love it!
To Liza and Ben, I would like to say that over the years I’ve developed an extreme love and appreciation for the brides and grooms that have a deep appreciative understanding of the marriage ceremony and how it brings us closer through Christ. As soon as I saw you two I jumped for joy. You are cool, contemporary, chic but at the same time have warm and welcoming personalities that I just know are going to shine through on your wedding day as a time of rejoicing in all aspects. A Whalehead Club wedding to DIE for
I don’t know if I’ve ever been more in love one of staff member Chris of Beach Productions beach weddings. This one was at the Whalehead Club in Corolla, NC and the reception was at Aqua S Restaurant in Duck, NC. I love the details, seeing the story of the wedding unfold throughout the night in these images, and mostly the INSANELY gorgeous sunset that he captured. PS….Aqua S, if you are having a smaller wedding or a rehearsal dinner, is one of the best locations for sunset in Duck, NC. We’re talking out of this world ladies and gents!..no words can describe that awesomeness but images can!
